Syllabus
Course proceedings (syllabus) will be provided to
all registrants on CD at on-site check-in. To receive a
print version, you must order in advance for an
additional fee of $35. Refunds must be requested in
writing before the course begins. A processing fee of
$25 will be withheld from all refunds. If you have a
disability, notification by July 1, 2010, will help us
to better serve you.

Special room rate for
this meeting: $199 Single/Double plus tax. A block of
rooms will be held for CSAAI until Friday, June 17, 2010
or until group block is filled, whichever comes first.
After that date, please check with hotel for
availability and rates. Reservations must be guaranteed
by a major credit card. Cancellations: 36 hours without
penalty; less than 36 hours will be charged one night
room and tax. Parking: Valet parking is available for
overnight guests at a rate of $24 per day. Public
parking is available nearby at about $12 per day.
