Application Classes of Membership and
Requirements:
ACTIVE: Must have the following:
- Certification by the American Board of Allergy &
Immunology
- Fellow of the American Academy of Allergy,
Asthma & Immunology
- Fellow of the American College of Allergy,
Asthma & Immunology
ASSOCIATE: Shall have completed a certified
training program approved by the American Board of
Allergy & Immunology
AFFILIATE: Shall be full-time intern, residents
or fellows in allergy in a recognized medical center,
hospital or teaching institute in the State of
California.
ACADEMIC: Must be engaged in full-time
affiliation with an academic institution in allergology
or immunology research or teaching.
